The listing said this would fit my car, but when I tried to install it, the part just didn’t line up right. I ended up having to return it, which was a hassle and wasted some time. Support was fine about it, so I can’t really complain too much, but I still wish the fitment info had been more accurate upfront.

I ordered my part from philtop-auto.com i was kind of hoping it wouldn’t turn into a whole project. Luckily, it went on easily. I didn’t need any special tools, just followed the basic steps, and it was finished sooner than I expected. Definitely reassuring when a part actually fits and installs the way it’s supposed to.

"Quality wasn’t what I expected"
I ordered an air filter from philtop-auto.com, and at first glance it seemed fine, but once I actually handled it, the material felt cheaper than the one I was replacing. The edges also didn’t line up as cleanly as they should have, so I had to fiddle with it a bit just to get it to fit properly.
It’s working for now, but I’m not confident it’s going to hold up very long. The price was okay, but the quality didn’t really match what I expected, and I feel like some kind of refund or compensation would be fair here. I probably wouldn’t buy this same filter again...

"I might just be used to simpler..."
I might just be used to simpler sites, but this one felt annoying to navigate. The pages seemed a little cluttered, and I found myself clicking around more than I expected just to find basic info. A few sections also seemed to load slowly for me, which didn’t really help.
The checkout and product search could probably be made a lot clearer. After a while, I ended up giving up because the whole experience just didn’t feel very smooth or easy to use

"Took forever to get a reply"
Customer service wasn’t great for me. I messaged them about my order and then just kind of waited... and waited.
When they finally got back to me days later, the reply didn’t really answer what I asked. It felt like they maybe skimmed it, or didn’t read the whole thing, which was... frustrating.
I ended up having to ask the same question again, and at that point I was just over it. The parts might be fine, but if I needed help quickly, I wouldn’t order again.

I ordered from philtop-auto.com mainly because the price seemed fair. It was cheaper than a few other places I checked, but once shipping was added, it wasn’t a huge difference. The product itself was fine for what I paid — hard to describe, but it didn’t feel especially impressive, just okay. I’d probably consider buying again if the price lined up right.

I might be overreacting a bit, but the shipping took way longer than what they originally said. I kept checking the tracking and wondering if I misunderstood the delivery estimate, but it really did arrive later than expected.
